The location felt a bit distant from Caceres, which caught me off guard. The hotel had a nice atmosphere with a lovely pool area, perfect for unwinding. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was really comfy, ensuring good sleep. I appreciated the underground parking, which felt secure, though it came with an extra cost. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of tasty options. The staff was friendly and responsive, adding a pleasant touch to my stay. However, I was disappointed to find out the pool wasn't available until 11:30 AM, even with a noon check-out, which limited my time to enjoy it. The gym seemed small but had the essentials. Dining options could’ve been more flexible. the menu felt a bit limited. Overall, a nice stay despite a couple of hiccups.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially thanks to the spacious Deluxe Double Room that was kept immaculate throughout our time. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options which made our mornings enjoyable. While I appreciated the courtesy of the staff during our visit, the cost of underground parking was a bit of a surprise. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience.

It was just a commendable fit for a short stayover in Caceres with good price-quality ratio. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and I really enjoyed the tasty soup. Make sure to reserve a table at the restaurant in advance.

missingWrote a review on Dec 16pool areagood breakfastpoor restaurant service
The gardens and pool area looked inviting, especially when in season, making it a suitable spot for relaxation. Breakfast offered an extensive selection, ensuring a good start to the day with a variety of choices.
The air conditioning system in our room offered no personal adjustments, resulting in a chilly night with only a light top sheet to cover us. Expect to shell out extra for a king-sized bed upon check-in. Parking fees around the hotel are on the higher side considering its location. The in-room coffee options were limited to a kettle, and asking for coffee led to a fee for Nespresso from the hotel's machine. Dinner on our first night left much to be desired. the quality was disappointing, and while we weren’t charged, it didn’t exactly enhance our experience.

Comfortable Stay with Great Breakfast!
Our family stay was lovely, especially the breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of options. The staff were attentive and kept our room spotless. Try to confirm pool availability before you go, as it was closed during our visit. A small detail that could enhance your trip!

The room was spacious and immaculate, featuring a huge bed that offered the best sleep I've had in ages. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day.
However, we found ourselves hungry before dinner since the restaurant only opened at 8:30 PM. This left us scrambling for late-afternoon snack options.

We got super lucky and were upgraded to a junior suite, which was fantastic. The breakfast spread was just delicious! The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for chilling out after a long day. Just a heads up, the room service starts a bit later than I expected, so plan ahead if you're looking for an early bite. 🌞

The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The beds were really comfortable. Loved the nice touches like bath salts and the Senseo coffee machine. However, the key card had issues a couple of times, which was frustrating. Also, the shared balcony setup wasn’t very private. But overall, the size and comfort made it a good stay.
