The location felt a bit distant from Caceres, which caught me off guard. The hotel had a nice atmosphere with a lovely pool area, perfect for unwinding. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was really comfy, ensuring good sleep. I appreciated the underground parking, which felt secure, though it came with an extra cost. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of tasty options. The staff was friendly and responsive, adding a pleasant touch to my stay. However, I was disappointed to find out the pool wasn't available until 11:30 AM, even with a noon check-out, which limited my time to enjoy it. The gym seemed small but had the essentials. Dining options could’ve been more flexible. the menu felt a bit limited. Overall, a nice stay despite a couple of hiccups.

Expect to shell out extra for a king-sized bed upon check-in. Parking fees around the hotel are on the higher side considering its location. The in-room coffee options were limited to a kettle, and asking for coffee led to a fee for Nespresso from the hotel's machine. Dinner on our first night left much to be desired. the quality was disappointing, and while we weren’t charged, it didn’t exactly enhance our experience.

Enjoyed the pool area with sun loungers, and the breakfast had fresh pastries and various hot items. Fitness center was an added bonus for workouts.

We got super lucky and were upgraded to a junior suite, which was fantastic. The breakfast spread was just delicious! The outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for chilling out after a long day. Just a heads up, the room service starts a bit later than I expected, so plan ahead if you're looking for an early bite. 🌞

However, the key card had issues a couple of times, which was frustrating. Also, the shared balcony setup wasn’t very private. But overall, the size and comfort made it a good stay.
